If a holiday lands on a Monday, Happy Run will be on Tuesday.
Happy Run is a free, community run/walk every Monday at 6pm. The course alternates every other week but both routes start at AKtive Soles and end at the Palmer Alehouse. To see the routes, use the link below or find the map in the hallway of AKtive Soles at the start of the run. There is a FREE RAFFLE at the end of every run including a pizza giveaway provided by Palmer AleHouse. For an extra raffle ticket dress up in the theme of the week.. All ages and abilities are welcome. Bring a friend and make your Monday a happy and healthy start to your week.
If you want to relax and eat/drink after your run the Palmer Alehouse will provides an excellent menu. They also offer a Happy Run special of a slice of pizza and salad for $7.00. During the summer months the alehouse gets busy so please be patient. Also, if you'd like to sit at their patio you must wait to be seated by a host.
